PROJECT OVERVIEW

CoverFX, a leader in customizable, clean beauty products, partnered with us to revamp their CRM strategy. Over several months, we focused on enhancing customer engagement and retention through a comprehensive set of email and SMS campaigns.

The CoverFX project was one of the most fun and impactful we’ve had the privilege to work on at Magnet Monster, spanning email, SMS and collecting qualitative research to further enhance their business.

Email Campaigns

Our goal was to boost engagement and sales through targeted communication. We designed personalized emails based on customer preferences and purchase history, ensuring timely and relevant interactions.

Cart Abandonment Flows

The objective was to recover lost sales. Automated emails reminded customers of items left in their cart and offered incentives to complete their purchase.

Browse Abandonment Flows

We aimed to convert hesitant customers. Reminders and personalized product recommendations were sent to customers who browsed the website but didn’t make a purchase.

Low Inventory Alert Flow

This flow was designed to drive repeat purchases through urgency. Automated alerts informed customers about low stock items, encouraging them to act fast before products sold out.

Post Purchase Flow

Our aim was to increase the repeat purchase rate. Follow-up emails thanked customers for their purchase, provided product usage tips, and recommended complementary products, fostering a positive post-purchase experience.

SMS Opt-In Form

We aimed to capture mobile users for direct communication. An opt-in form allowed Cover FX to send personalized text messages with promotions and updates, increasing engagement rates.

Cross-Sell Flows

We aimed to increase repeat buying. Automated emails recommended complementary products based on previous purchases, encouraging customers to explore and buy more.

Results:

The implementation of these strategies led to increased customer loyalty, higher engagement rates, and improved sales performance. The targeted flows and campaigns ensured Cover FX's customers received relevant and timely information, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
