Erazor Bits approached Magnet Monster looking to scale up their new D2C e-commerce operation on Shopify. Investing heavily in paid ads to build momentum, we were tasked with helping the new store become profitable by ensuring acquired customers were retained and Customer Lifetime Value maximised.

We went full-steam-ahead with a complete set-up on Klaviyo to automate essential stages of the customer journey, alongside frequent campaigns to keep customers engaged with the fast-growing ranges of apparel they were adding to their site.
