A 5-day meal plan was used as a Lead magnet to nurture new subscribers and give them a taste of the F4T lifestyle! At the time of writing, the lead magnet had an opt-in rate of just under 20% and a strong lead-to-conversion rate!

Our Cart Abandonment Flow was created to overcome objections to traditional dieting and to give the customers peace of mind and convince them to sign up. Rather than dive straight into discounts, we used the lure of a free consultation call as well to add an element of empathy into the customer experience.

The first 30-days somebody subscribes to the plan largely determine whether they’ll stick around for the long-term. Equipped with this information, we created a post-subscription onboarding flow to drive accountability into the members and careful touchpoints of support to keep them motivated.

Triggered around 30-days after somebody subscribes, this flow is designed to maintain discipline and ensure the subscribers don’t fall back into old habits.

Lost customers aren’t gone forever. Some need guiding back. This flow, based on their Recharge logic for cancelling, helped funnel them down the correct path and win back their hearts (and business!) to give the F4T lifestyle another shot.
