Klaviyo is fantastic software, there’s no doubt about that. But if you’re looking to add additional firepower to your email marketing setup, then adding some of these integrations can provide a truly exceptional customer experience and help take your business to the next level.
Last week, I released our Free Klaviyo Course: Email Marketing Training That Actually Works.
While most of the 14 commandments can be followed through without any additional software, there were some use cases where I’d recommend adding additional integrations to take things to the next level.
Luckily, the ecosystem built around Klaviyo at the moment is extremely powerful. It is hard to think of another Email Service Provider (ESP) that has as many turnkey integrations as Klaviyo does at the moment, probably with the exception being HubSpot.
This means little, if any, development work is required to integrate the below, with native integrations being just 1 click away and delivering almost instantaneous syncing of data.
So don’t feel daunted by the below list of software. It’s easy to use, and out-of-the-box for the most part.
As a final note before we get stuck into things, I want to stipulate that none of these are necessary to a great email marketing setup. They’re the icing on the cake - you can get by without utilising any of these, although they will certainly help to improve your current strategy.
Let's start:
1: Shopify
If you're running Klaviyo on Shopify, this is the one integration that's genuinely foundational rather than optional — and if you haven't connected it yet, everything else on this list works better once you have.
Shopify pushes your order, customer and product data into Klaviyo automatically: purchase history, average order value, product views, and more. Klaviyo uses that data to power its predictive analytics — expected date of next order, predicted customer lifetime value, churn risk — which is the backbone of most of the flows worth building in the first place.
If you're already connected, it's worth checking you're using the predictive fields in your segmentation, not just the basics. Most accounts we audit have the integration live but aren't using half of what it unlocks.
2: Typeform
I adore Typeform. It’s probably the one tool I universally recommend to every client we work with when partnering up with them, and its value is tremendous.
At its core, Typeform is a form and survey creation tool that allows you to carry out customer research.
It can also be utilised to help you segment your audience, create user-generated content (UGC) and run competitions in a neat and organised manner.
It has a turnkey integration with Klaviyo and syncs responses every hour.
You can literally let your imagination run wild with Typeform, but one word of caution: only sync through selected form responses when setting up the integration.
You can end up passing along an extraordinary amount of “dirty data” that will slow down your account and provide little to no value to the email marketing department if you’re collecting extensive open-ended questions as research.
Make sure when you carry out qualitative research, there’s a clear plan in place on how to utilise the data to provide a strong customer experience. Otherwise, you can end up inadvertently creating more headaches for yourself.
Customer research is imperative for any brand. Typeform is the best survey tool on the market to carry it out, and Klaviyo is the best eCommerce ESP. It’s a match made in heaven to link these two up together.

3: Okendo
There are many fantastic review platforms that have robust integrations with Klaviyo. Okendo just happens to be my favourite.
What I love about Okendo’s Klaviyo integration is that you’re able to dynamically populate reviews inside of emails such as abandoned carts.
This increases click-through rate and also conversion rate by validating the products.

Additionally, Okendo pushes through helpful event data to Klaviyo, such as the total number of reviews a customer has given (including whether media was submitted), in addition to the rating of that review.
This allows you to trigger follow-up flows to reward customers for leaving positive reviews (contentious, I know) which in turn, may trigger more repeat purchases.
Okendo also integrates with Loyalty Lion and allows you to gift customers with points upon submitting reviews.
It also fuses together to create a powerful ecosystem whereby you can significantly increase the amount of UGC you collect over email, in order to drive more repeat sales and enhance your overall retention rate.
4: Recharge
If you run a subscription business, then you’re probably already using Recharge to power that element of your company.
Luckily for you, Recharge also has a seamless integration with Klaviyo that pushes through the following event data:
- Starts subscription
- Cancelled subscription
- Expired subscription
- Abandoned cart (subscription in checkout)
I’ve written extensively about all the flows you should be looking to leverage if you’re running a subscription business, so be sure to read my ultimate guide to email marketing for subscription businesses here.
5: Loyalty Lion
In my Email Marketing Bible for eCommerce Brands guide, I recommended focusing on a Loyalty Program once all other fundamentals have been established.
For our clients, Loyalty Lion ticks all the boxes: their support is fantastic, onboarding superb, and their integration with Klaviyo is best in class.
Loyalty Lion allows you to natively create additional flows to leverage referrals, rewards for loyal customers, and can help to drive promotional campaigns by utilising specific points-based offers on catalogues of items to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
6: Yotpo Loyalty
If Loyalty Lion isn't the right fit for you, Yotpo Loyalty is the other major player worth a look.
It plugs straight into Klaviyo and lets you trigger flows off loyalty events: points earned, tier upgrades, rewards about to expire. That means you can remind a customer they're 200 points off their next reward inside a normal campaign, rather than relying on them to check a separate loyalty dashboard.
It's a good option if you're already running Yotpo for reviews and want everything under one roof rather than stitching together several apps.
7: Leadpages
If you're running dedicated landing pages for a launch, a lead magnet or a paid campaign, Leadpages has a native Klaviyo integration worth knowing about.
The moment somebody converts on one of your pages, their details sync straight into Klaviyo. You can add them to a specific list, apply custom properties based on what they filled in, and trigger a flow immediately rather than waiting on a batch import.
It's a clean way to keep top-of-funnel lead gen separate from your main site pop-ups while still feeding everything into the same Klaviyo lists and automations.
8: monday.com
A lot of brands run their internal operations through monday.com, and there's now a proper Klaviyo app for it (the monday CRM Bridge, available on Klaviyo's own app marketplace).
It syncs contacts between a monday board and your Klaviyo lists, so your ops or sales team can see campaign activity without needing a Klaviyo login, and any updates made in monday flow back into your marketing data. Useful if you've got a small team wearing multiple hats and don't want two disconnected systems for customer data.
9: Searchspring
Searchspring is a product discovery and personalisation platform, and it has a listed integration on Klaviyo's own app marketplace.
It uses machine learning to build segments based on on-site shopping behaviour, then syncs that data into Klaviyo so you can build product recommendations into emails and SMS that reflect what somebody has actually browsed, not just what they've bought before. If you've got a large catalogue and on-site search/merchandising is already a priority, it's worth exploring alongside your existing integrations.
10: Facebook (Meta) Ads
Klaviyo's Meta Ads integration runs in both directions, and the more valuable one is often overlooked.
Sync your Klaviyo lists and segments to Meta as Custom Audiences, then build Lookalike Audiences from your best segments — your VIPs, recent purchasers, or a high-LTV cohort. This is how you get your retargeting and prospecting spend actually informed by real purchase and engagement data, not just pixel activity.
The sync runs hourly on Klaviyo's side, though Meta itself can take 24-48 hours to reflect the update, and Klaviyo needs at least 100 profiles in a list or segment before it'll sync as a custom audience.
The other direction works too: anyone who fills out a Meta Lead Ad syncs into Klaviyo in real time, tagged with a "Filled Out Lead Ad" property you can build flows and segments around.
Common ways brands use this: retargeting cart abandoners, winback campaigns for lapsed customers, cross-sell to existing buyers, and lookalike prospecting off your VIP segment.
11: Smile.io
We mentioned Smile.io earlier as an alternative to Yotpo Loyalty — worth its own entry, since it's one of the most established loyalty platforms in the Klaviyo ecosystem.
Smile.io syncs points, VIP tiers and referral activity into Klaviyo, so you can trigger flows off loyalty events rather than relying on the loyalty widget alone to drive engagement: a customer who's close to their next reward tier, someone who just referred a friend, a VIP about to lose their status.
Between Loyalty Lion, Yotpo Loyalty and Smile.io, most brands land on whichever platform their wider stack already leans toward — there isn't a wrong answer among the three, just a best-fit one.
12: Paperform
If Typeform's more geared toward surveys and research, Paperform is the one to reach for when you need a proper form: a customised order form, a wholesale application, a detailed onboarding questionnaire.
It syncs form responses straight into Klaviyo, mapping each field to a profile property so you're not manually tagging people after the fact. Useful anywhere you're collecting structured data you actually want to segment on later, not just an email address.
13: ShipStation
Post-purchase is one of the most under-used flows opportunities in most Klaviyo accounts, and ShipStation is the reason you can build a good one without your support team doing it manually.
It pushes shipping status — label created, in transit, out for delivery, delivered — into Klaviyo as events, so you can trigger a proper shipping-update flow instead of leaving customers to track a package themselves. Done well, this cuts "where's my order" support tickets and gives you a natural, non-salesy touchpoint to include a review request or cross-sell once the delivery's confirmed.
Concluding Thoughts
Klaviyo’s ecosystem is massive, and the opportunities to personalise experiences to customers are seemingly limitless if you use your imagination.
Focus on getting the fundamentals in place first before investing in additional software costs (which can creep up fast) and you’ll be in an ideal position to scale up your email marketing operations when the time is right with these nimble integrations.
Partner Integrations worth Exploring
I’ve invited a few of my most trusted connections in the eCommerce industry to share why the companies they work for/alongside are also worth considering when it comes to enhancing your email marketing setup in Klaviyo.
1: Daasity
If you're being asked for Klaviyo data inside a CRM, data warehouse or BI tool (Power BI, Qlik, Redshift, that kind of thing), this is the category to look at. Klaviyo doesn't have a native connection into those platforms, but a data layer like Daasity sits in between and streams the data across.
“The brands we see growing the fastest are enriching Klaviyo with data from their other tools, and turning Klaviyo into a CRM/CDP. Utilizing a tool like Daasity they’re centralizing their customer data across their stack (Marketing & Sales channels, Operations tools, and CS platforms) and streaming the most valuable data into Klaviyo to send more targeted, personalized emails at scale. They’re taking complex calculations and segments like: Time Between Orders, Churning HVCs (High-Value Customers), and LTV by First Product Purchased to dynamically create targeted flows and segments that improve both customer experience and profits. Then take the learnings from Klaviyo and stream the data to their other Marketing channels to more intelligently leverage their customer data in every channel.”

FAQ
What are the best loyalty platforms that integrate with Klaviyo?
Loyalty Lion, Smile.io and Yotpo Loyalty are the three most established options for Klaviyo brands. All three sync points, tiers and rewards data into Klaviyo so you can trigger flows off loyalty events rather than just points-based emails from inside the loyalty app itself. Which one suits you best usually comes down to what else is already in your stack (Yotpo Loyalty is the natural pick if you're already on Yotpo for reviews, for example).
Does Klaviyo integrate with CRM tools?
Not directly with most traditional CRMs, but there's a real integration for monday.com (the monday CRM Bridge on Klaviyo's app marketplace), and data layer tools like Daasity are commonly used to centralise Klaviyo data alongside a brand's other marketing, sales and CS platforms.
Can I connect Klaviyo to Power BI, Qlik or a data warehouse like Redshift?
Not natively. Klaviyo doesn't ship a built-in connector to these tools, but third-party data connectors (Coupler.io, Portable and similar) and CDP-style tools like Daasity are the standard way brands get Klaviyo data flowing into a BI dashboard or data warehouse.
Does Klaviyo integrate with Leadpages?
Yes. It's a native integration: the moment someone converts on a Leadpages landing page, their details sync into Klaviyo, get added to the relevant list, and can trigger a flow immediately.
Is there a Klaviyo integration for monday.com?
Yes, the monday CRM Bridge app is listed on Klaviyo's own app marketplace. It syncs contacts between a monday board and your Klaviyo lists so both teams are working off the same data.
Does Klaviyo integrate with Shopify?
Yes — natively, and it's the foundation most other Klaviyo functionality builds on. It feeds order, customer and product data into Klaviyo automatically, which powers predictive analytics like expected date of next order and predicted CLV.
Does Klaviyo have a real Facebook Ads integration, or do I need a third-party tool?
It's a native, official Klaviyo integration — no third-party connector needed. It syncs Klaviyo lists/segments to Meta as Custom Audiences and pulls Meta Lead Ad submissions into Klaviyo in real time.
